[Sweet Release]

Hmm not bad :)

Really a pretty good song :)
So basically what I'd suggest on doing: Make this a little more progressive, like just have the kick come in at first, then add clap, then hi-hats, etc
Also, take the bass down an octave and get a really kinda hard bass if you know what I mean
Add a pad in the whole song as well, make it fill up some space that you have.. I'd also suggest sidechaining that pad..
But really good, maybe a little bland for my taste, but overall really good :)

I know what you mean about the bassline, but it's right where I want it :)

There is a pad, if you listen closely, you can hear it behind the melodies and drums.

Very relaxing, the voice is amazing!!
Fits perfectly!
Something I would personally change would be to add maybe a soft sub bass, just for something down in that low range..
Also, I think that your pluck needs some reverb, then it would be some sick nasty stuff :)
Other than that, really awesome vocals, song, everything fit perfectly!

This is like some really great breakcore stuff - wouldn't exactly classify it as hip hop, but really great song you have here!
To start off, that pretty epic guitar, builds, and then BOOM! Just amazing sounds you have here.
Maybe a little repetitive thats my only my problem..
But other than that, beast song!

Most of this sounds pretty good :)
Just about the only thing I'd change, maybe make the bass down an octave, and put a shaker in that drum beat :) on all 16th notes, and then make it swung enough it sounds cool XD
Other than that, really beast song! Maybe work on structuring some, but really sounds great!

I'm not the greatest hardstyle judge - but I would definitely take a look at getting a much stronger kick and fixing mastering.. Everything seems overcompressed.
But other than that, interesting melody, sounds good :D

So what I have to say to this: Mix everything!! :D It all sounds the same volume..
So pull up the bass, and the kick, make the melody soft enough its heard but doesn't completely dominate the entire song, and mix it from there.. (also turn down the hi-hat)
I think you're capable of doing that :D haha
So just do it :)
Other than that, really awesome song dude!

Haha I can tell very clearly that you're using the Fl samples that came with fl 9, and your drums do the same thing everytime they stop then come back in..

lol all im using is slayer 2. FL keys, drumaxx, harmless and nexus. (actually im not sure if nexus uses samples) but i havent used any fl samples. the guitar was made on the wave thing in fl to start off with. but i changed it with slayer 2 to get the all synth value.

thanks though for your nice words. ill try to change the drums and turn some knobs on the instruments to make them sound less like samples.

Sounding good for the most part :)
Something I'd like to point out - you said you only used 40 patterns in an over 8 minute song - that just right there tells me its going to repeat over and over again. Ok - try and make more patterns, different variations, etc.
Now to actually judge the song:
-You seem to be using very "cheesy" sounds - I see that you use nexus 2 - but it really doesn't sound like it. I also use Nexus, just the old version and I'm sure you could've found better plugins than the ones you did.
-Your clap - turn it down and get a better one. In fact basically all your drums need revamped, you could help fix that by mixing them with each other i.e. turning down the hi-hat cause its really loud and obvious..
-You do have little catchy melodies, but they seem to repeat over and over - change around a bit, maybe put a gate on it one time, phaser another, i don't.. just experiment with it a lot..
-Also - use more filters in your song, make things fade out, fade in, etc.. Make it interesting
-And next time - don't make such a long song - cause I know how it's like to make a really long song.. you basically just copy and paste the melody and where it gets to the "good" part again and again..
For the most part though, this song isn't completely terrible, I'll give you that.
But it has a lot of room for improvement.
Hope all this helps your music making in general and for this specific song!

I know it's repetitive. You haven't listened to the WIP have you? This has a ton more variety than that.

I like the synth I used, supersaw's a supersaw.

I wasn't trying to to make a long song, by the time i was done it just turned out that way, and the 40 patterns thing....this isn't meant to be a complex song at all.

The drums weren't important, I was focusing on the melodies and feel. I'll turn down the hat a bit.

Thanks for the 8 and the 4 though. I'll be sure to check out your stuff :)

Definitely happy hardcore - has an upbeat feel to it and a very loud kick :D lol
I don't really have much to say on this, other than maybe change it up some, variation is key :)
Also - make it longer :)
